Example 2: Add a Sub-Menu option

    Item: MyOption: Menu: MySubMenu

Notes:-
1) The above program defines a menu-option "MyOption" in the "GateWay of Tally" screen
2) When the user selects this option "MyOption", it displays a sub-menu with three options
